GFO Pending Approval Monitor

We have been getting reports clients are not seeing all pending approvals. A monitor system should be created which will check all pending approvals in BC and compare against the ones that would be shown against web service. This can be shown as alert in central monitoring hub. The comparison logs can be retained as well so we would have audit in place to confirm if issue exists.
